　　近在看柴静的电视专题节目《看见》，她还是那么瘦弱沉静，闪动着平和却让人不能拒绝的目光，用她一贯的执著注视着这个时代，这个社会。从一个北漂姑娘一步步走来，这么多年，她一直在变，又一直未变。
　　
　　柴静刚到央视主持《东方时空·时空连线》时，没有名校的学历背景，又不是新闻专业出身，那时的她度过了一段痛苦的适应期。柴静说自己从蹲马步开始学起基本功，流汗流血、风吹日晒。她曾经采用笨拙的办法，像蚂蚁一点一点地搬运食物一样，竭尽全力地去学习。
　　
　　自己做策划，观摩同行的节目，上机编节目，熬夜到凌晨三四点。即使得了金奖，她也没有摆脱沮丧和不安。柴静当时的遗憾是自己没有在当过记者，缺乏在新闻岗位打磨的历练，支撑她的，是性格里坚毅的那部分，既已选择，就不曾放弃。
　　
　　这我想起我的一位朋友C君，圈子内有名的广告人，而十年前，他不是。那时他还是一个会计专业的毕业生，求职大军里靠一份细心赢得了一家广告公司的会计职位。那家广告公司刚刚起步，没有大客户，也没有多少资源，自然账务往来也少，C君的工作很清闲。

　　C君是个很勤勉的人，有一次晚上十点多我有事去找他，他正在家里仔细阅读一部砖头厚的《广告案例500篇》。那时，因为几次成功的广告策划，他已经在圈子里声名鹊起了。谈完事后与他闲聊，我问起他的职业体验，他说做广告其实不像表面看上去那么有趣，真正有趣的部分可能连20%都占不到；你为一个创意修改了十几次，客户后说还是次的方案比较好。
　　
　　我反问他，既然如此，有没有想过再转行回去？要知道现在一个注册会计师的职业价值不可估量。他给了我一个至今难忘的回答——这个世界上到处都是半途而废的人，这个世界上到处都是自认豁达的人，而豁达有时候不过是“放弃”的代名词。
　　
　　是的，很多时候我们常常会因为逃避问题而选择另一份工作，跳槽到一个新公司，或者新行业。现在的管理者们相信“铁打的营盘流水的兵”，而员工们则觉得“此处不留爷，自有留爷处。”跳槽早已不是一个年底的季候现象，渐渐成了职场中的常态。跳槽者总有理由。诸如严苛，同事刁蛮，收入低，压力大。甚或者，只是厌倦了瓶颈期的漫长。
　　
　　但很多人都没有意识到，重新选择并不一定意味着重新出发，有些问题当下没有解决，换了一份工作，也许还会遇到类似的问题，而自己却没有学会应对之策。每个公司各有各的不同，也各有各的相似之处，问题、矛盾、彷徨等等总会不断出现，不变的是，人场，就必须面对种种问题。
　　
　　放弃比坚持容易得多，放弃能轻易找到100个理由，让自己原谅自己，甚至可以说，我放弃了这个，是因为它不符合我的理想，我要去追求我的梦想。但坚持下去，面对的却是不知未来的漫漫长夜，是自我的挣扎与痛苦。
　　
　　但也只有坚持下去的人，才真正获得了守得云开见月明之后的成长和成就感。我的朋友C君，如今自己开了一个工作室，原公司的老板既感念他多年的效力，又器重他的能力，把公司里大部分业务的创意策划工作交给了他做。
